Simple rules for using TRUQO
This page summarizes how TRUQO plans, payments, cancellations, and responsibilities work for businesses using the platform.
Using TRUQO
You may use TRUQO only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the QR placements, staff behavior, customer messaging, and the accuracy of the business details you publish through the product.
Review and feedback policy
You may not use TRUQO to filter, suppress, discourage, or manipulate customer reviews. Customer-facing flows must preserve customer choice between public review options and private business feedback channels.
Payments and plan access
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Access to paid features starts after successful payment verification. Free-plan limits, feature availability, and plan pricing may change with notice.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time or founding offers are generally non-refundable once onboarding and access have started, unless required by law or stated in writing.
Liability disclaimer
TRUQO helps businesses collect feedback, manage review operations, and improve customer experience, but it does not guarantee any specific Google ranking, review count, revenue outcome, or customer behavior.
