This page summarizes how TRUQO plans, payments, cancellations, and responsibilities work for businesses using the platform.
Using TRUQO
You may use TRUQO only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the QR placements, review prompts, staff behavior, and the accuracy of the business details you publish through the product.
Payments and plan access
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Access to paid features starts after successful payment verification. Free-plan limits, feature availability, and plan pricing may change with notice.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time or founding offers are generally non-refundable once onboarding and access have started, unless required by law or stated in writing.
Liability disclaimer
TRUQO helps businesses collect feedback and improve review conversion, but it does not guarantee any specific Google ranking, review count, revenue outcome, or customer behavior.
