Customers may choose to leave a Google review, send private feedback to the business, or do both. TRUQO stores private feedback, consented contact details, and review-management data so businesses can improve service and respond responsibly.
Review integrity and customer choice
TRUQO does not block, suppress, or manipulate customer reviews. We do not provide selective review gating. The product is designed so customers can choose where to share feedback.
Your rights and control
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your business account information. Only authorized business users and approved internal operators should access dashboard data.
